Job Overview

As a Clinical Lead Health Visitor at Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust, you will play a key role in shaping the future of health visiting services in the county. The salary for this position is approximately £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including flexible working hours, annual leave entitlement, and access to ongoing training and development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of clients

Requirements

• Registered SCPHN (Health Visiting) with current NMC registration

• Strong leadership skills, with experience of mentoring and supporting junior staff

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing competing demands

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients

• Commitment to evidence-based practice, with a keen eye for detail and a focus on delivering high-quality care
