Job Summary:
This is an exciting opportunity to join Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board as a Public Health Nurse Specialist. As a key member of our Health Visiting service, you will work closely with local communities to deliver high-quality public health programs and services. Your focus will be on increasing family resilience, improving population health outcomes, and reducing health inequalities. With a strong emphasis on safeguarding children, you will play a vital role in ensuring their welfare and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery and organisation of public health programs
- Work closely with local communities to increase family resilience and improve population health outcomes
- Safeguard children and ensure their welfare and well-being
- Collaborate with other professionals to achieve shared goals and objectives
Requirements:
- SCPHN Health Visitor Postgraduate Diploma or Certificate
- Current NMC Registration
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
