About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Neonatal Nursing Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing high-quality care to newborns and their families.

As a Neonatal Nursing Specialist, you will be responsible for assessing the needs of newborns, developing individualized care plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

You will have the opportunity to work with a range of neonates, from those who require routine care to those with complex medical needs. Your expertise and compassion will make a significant difference in the lives of these vulnerable patients and their families.

What You Will Do
  • Assess the needs of newborns and develop individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Provide high-quality, evidence-based care to newborns with a range of medical needs
Requirements
  • A minimum of 6 months paid experience in a Neonatal Unit within the last 2 years
  • Comply with NMC Professional Registration and keep up to date with current nursing practices

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also have a strong understanding of neonatal care principles and practices.
