Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust is committed to providing outstanding care and support healthy communities. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Leader in Surgery to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

As a Nurse Leader in Surgery, you will be responsible for acting as a credible visible role model for all junior nursing and allied healthcare professional staff. You will also support the department team in resolving clinical and operational issues on a shift-by-shift basis and maintain and supervise junior members of staff.

The ideal candidate will have experience in surgery, preferably in elective surgery covering colorectal, urology, and breast procedures. They should also have band 6 experience previously and NMC registration as a registered nurse (adult). A coaching/mentoring qualification would be desirable.

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as flexible and agile working opportunities. We provide a range of health and wellbeing services to promote a healthy, happy workforce and a supportive environment for career progression.
