About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced nurse who is passionate about providing excellent patient care and committed to ongoing professional development. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of emergency surgical care and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
As an Emergency Care Specialist, you will be responsible for assessing patients' needs, developing individual care plans, and delivering high-quality care in accordance with current research and guidelines. You will also supervise the work of the nursing team, ensuring that all patients receive the highest level of care.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individual care plans in consultation with patients and other healthcare professionals
- Assess patients' needs, identify risks, and take steps to mitigate them
- Work collaboratively with other members of the healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care
A competitive salary of £34,600 - £45,647 per annum (Band 5) and a comprehensive benefits package are on offer to the successful candidate.
