About You:

Working Hours:

This role involves working 36 hours per week, with regular overtime and flexibility required to meet the needs of our residents.

Location:

The position is based at our residential care home in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire.

Contract Type:

This is a permanent contract, subject to a probationary period and satisfactory performance reviews.

Salary Frequency:

The salary will be paid monthly, in arrears.

Holidays:

You will be entitled to 28 days annual leave, inclusive of bank holidays, plus additional statutory holiday entitlements.

Sickness Absence:

You will be eligible for our sickness absence policy, which provides support and guidance during periods of ill health.

References:

We require two professional references from your previous employers, dated within the last 12 months.
