Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust is looking for a dedicated Community Health Visitor to join our Health Visiting Service in Aylesbury. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of clients and their families.

About the Role
The successful candidate will lead the delivery of the Healthy Child Programme, working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive client care. Key responsibilities include:
  • Liaising with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive client care.
  • Developing and leading skill mix teams to optimize service delivery.
  • Participating in interagency collaboration to promote evidence-based practice.
You must be a registered SCPHN (Health Visiting) with current NMC registration.

Benefits
This role comes with an estimated salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your annual salary, you will also benefit from various NHS benefits, including generous annual leave entitlement, pension scheme, and access to discount schemes.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
  • Registered nurse or midwife qualification.
  • Specialist Community Public Health Nurse - Health Visiting qualification.
  • Leadership training and mentorship experience.
  • Nurse Prescribing Qualification.
A minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of leadership and teamwork.
