Job Description:

As a Clinical Skills Faculty Lead, you'll contribute to the successful performance of the Trust and support the delivery of our objectives. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and delivering high-quality clinical skills training programs
  • Providing expert guidance and mentorship to junior staff members
  • Enhancing patient care and outcomes through collaborative working

Person Specification:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A registration as a Registered Healthcare Professional
  • Evidence of continuing professional development
  • Quality-focused with high standards for education, learning, and development

You'll also need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
