We're looking for an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our team as a Clinical Skills Faculty Lead. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality clinical skills training programs for our staff.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will contribute to the successful performance of the Trust and support the delivery of our objectives. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and delivering clinical skills training initiatives
  • Leading workshops and seminars on various clinical topics
  • Mentoring junior staff members

You'll have the opportunity to work closely with our multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care and outcomes.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A registration as a Registered Healthcare Professional
  • Evidence of continuing professional development
  • Proven experience in a similar role

You'll also need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
