Role Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Clinical Administrator to join our team at Stoke Mandeville Renal Unit. As an integral part of the healthcare team, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of outpatient clinics and haemodialysis unit.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing weekly clinics, providing administration support to consultants, and booking transport for patients as required. You will also need to maintain accurate patient data and utilize information technology extensively. Occasional travel to Oxford for meetings and study days may be necessary.

Main Responsibilities

* Provide administrative support to the outpatient department
* Manage patient data and maintain high standards of data quality
* Coordinate transportation for patients as needed
* Collaborate with consultants and nursing teams to deliver high-quality patient care

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

* 5 GCSEs or equivalent grades A-C including Maths and English
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Previous administrative experience (minimum 1 year)
* Experience working with patient data systems, particularly EPR Centre Millennium and Choose and Book
