About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced administrator to join our team at Stoke Mandeville Renal Unit as a Band 3 Administrator.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the outpatient department at Stoke Mandeville Renal Unit and providing administration support to our haemodialysis unit.

This is an exciting opportunity to utilize your administrative expertise while supporting clinical teams in delivering high-quality patient care.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily operations of the outpatient department at Stoke Mandeville Renal Unit.
  • Provide administrative support to the Unit Manager, Patient Administration Coordinator, and nursing team members as required.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity in the outpatient department.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 5 GCSE or Equivalent Grades A-C including Maths and English
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Previous administrative experience minimum 1 Year
  • Previous NHS experience as Admin
  • Experience of working with patient data systems particularly EPR Centre Millennium and Choose and Book
