Healthcare Administrator

The NHS is seeking a skilled Healthcare Administrator to join its team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a healthcare setting, be able to communicate effectively with patients and staff, and possess excellent organizational skills.
Salary: £18,000 - £20,000 per annum.
This role involves a wide range of administrative tasks, including scanning and processing documents, managing patient records, and providing general support to the multidisciplinary team.
Main Responsibilities- Receive and process correspondence from external agencies
- Scanning documents and logging them into the relevant software programme
- Filtering documents and passing them to the relevant clinicians
- Initiating contact with patients, team members, and external agencies
- Photocopying documentation as required
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
- GCSE Mathematics & English (C or above)
- AMSPAR Receptionists Qualification
- NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care
