Job Title: Children's Healthcare Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Children's Healthcare Specialist to join our team at First Option Healthcare.

This role involves providing high-quality care and support to young people in their family homes, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our clients. As a Children's Healthcare Specialist, you will be working closely with our team to deliver bespoke care plans tailored to each individual's needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing complex care to children in their family homes
  • Collaborating with our team to develop and implement care plans
  • Working closely with families to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care
  • Supporting clients outside the home when required, such as medical appointments and outings

Requirements:

  1. A minimum of 12 months' UK experience in paediatric care, with a focus on complex needs
  2. Strong clinical skills, including enteral feeding, suctioning, ventilator management, and medication administration
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Able to work independently and as part of a team
