Job Description:

As a Healthcare Assistant - Therapy Team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and provide therapy interventions to patients in collaboration with senior Therapy staff.
  • Support colleagues with administrative tasks and contribute to the efficient functioning of the service.
  • Work flexible hours, including weekends, as part of the Home First Service team.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

  • Degree-level qualification in Health Care or related field.
  • Commitment to further education and professional development, including a Foundation Degree.
  • Relevant experience or training in manual handling and first aid would be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits Package:

The selected candidate can look forward to a competitive salary of £28,500 per annum, along with NHS benefits, such as generous annual leave entitlement and pension scheme. Access to NHS discount schemes and health and wellbeing services will also be available.
