Healthcare Support Assistant for Vulnerable Adults

The Job:As a Healthcare Support Assistant for Vulnerable Adults, you will play a vital role in supporting service users with daily living tasks and clinical requirements under the supervision of our clinical team.
- Support service users with medication management, moving and handling, Tracheostomy Care, and other health needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- A minimum of 6 months' experience in a care setting, particularly with complex care needs.
- Competitive salary of £26,000 - £33,000 per annum, with enhancements for unsociable hours.
