Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and compassionate individual to join our Seeleys Day Centre Service based in Beaconsfield. As a Social Care Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting adults with learning disabilities and physical disabilities to achieve their full potential.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care for individuals, which may include but is not limited to dressing, toileting, washing, and general housekeeping.
  • Ensuring agreed plans meet individual's care and support outcomes needs and empowering individuals to access early intervention and preventative services.
  • Informing senior colleagues and adhering to safeguarding procedures of any concerns arising in relation to the safety of vulnerable adults.
