We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Care and Support Professional to join our team at Ambient Support Limited. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our residents, enabling them to lead independent lives.

The estimated salary for this position is £21,415 per annum.

Job Description:

You will be responsible for assisting residents with daily activities, escorting them to appointments, and providing personal care tasks in a welcoming home environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with activities and escort them to appointments
  • Provide personal care tasks, including simple food preparation and serving meals
  • Work flexibly over a 24/7 basis, supporting our residents at all times
  • Assist with housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and comfortable living space

Requirements:

  • Experience of supporting adults in a care setting or in the community
  • Excellent communication skills, patience, and flexibility
  • An understanding of safeguarding principles and person-centred support
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
