Care Support Professional

We are currently seeking a dedicated Care Support Professional to join our team at Hightown Housing Association in Aylesbury. As a full-time (37.5 hours per week) Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing supported living for individuals with learning disabilities.
As a passionate and caring individual, you will enjoy helping others and seeing the difference your support can make to enable individuals to lead independent and fulfilling lives.
You will work as part of a dedicated team, assessing individual need and developing agreed support plans to ensure we are providing a service that meets each individual's needs and supports their aspirations.
About YouWe are looking for individuals with sector experience who share our commitment to equality and diversity. We provide a structured induction and comprehensive training to support you with your role, and you will have the opportunity to gain an accredited vocational qualification.
We require candidates with a 'can-do' attitude who are driven by the desire to make a difference and have the ability to recognise the wishes and needs of vulnerable adults and communicate effectively using different methods according to people's needs.
Benefits- We offer a generous annual leave allowance of 33 days per year, rising to 35 days with service.
- The salary for this role is £25,350 per annum for a 37.5 hour week (£13 per hour).
- You will receive regular support from your line manager and colleagues.
