About the Role

The role of our Care Team Leader:

  1. To oversee the implementation of person-centred care plans, tailored to meet the unique needs and preferences of each resident.
  2. Collaborate with the care team to identify and address any concerns, complaints, or requests from residents or their families.
  3. Work closely with external agencies and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and continuity.

This challenging yet rewarding role offers a competitive salary of £34,000 per annum, depending on experience, and benefits including professional development opportunities, a 'Refer a Friend' bonus scheme, and a comprehensive employee assistance programme.
