Care Leader for Vulnerable Adults

Ambient Support Limited is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Team Leader to join our team at The Chestnuts, a residential care home in Aylesbury. As a key member of our care staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and safety of our residents.
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting adults in a care setting or community environment, with a strong understanding of safeguarding and person-centred support principles. They will be able to assess and minimise risks, respond promptly to concerns and complaints, and work collaboratively with residents, families, and other stakeholders.
This rewarding role offers a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including flexible working, training opportunities, and a 'Refer a Friend' bonus scheme.
