Domiciliary Care Manager

The Domiciliary Care Manager is responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our customers with physical disabilities in their own homes. As part of our dedicated care team, you will work closely with colleagues to deliver personalized care services that meet the unique needs of each customer. Your main responsibilities will include providing support to encourage our customers to maximise their own potential and independence, working safely with medication, building and maintaining relationships with internal and external customers, promoting safe practices, undertaking risk assessments, and managing safeguarding principles to ensure the safety of our customers. Key qualifications for this role include experience of working with vulnerable adults, enthusiastic and flexible attitude, ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative, strong organisational skills, functional literacy and numeracy, and the ability to react quickly to changing priorities while working to deadlines and targets. We offer a competitive salary of £13.30 per hour, 37.5 hours per week, and a range of benefits including at least 25 days paid holiday, pension scheme, online discounts, health and well-being plans, life assurance, family-friendly arrangements, tax-efficient savings, and opportunities for flexible working.
