We're recruiting a skilled Domiciliary Care Services Trainer to manage the recruitment process and deliver high-quality training programs for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of the recruitment process, ensuring the best fit for our clients' needs.\
  • Delivery of in-person Care Certificate training sessions to meet regulatory standards.\
  • Assessment and maintenance of staff training records.\
  • Collaboration with management to optimize staffing solutions.\
  • Development of training materials and programs to enhance employee performance.\\

Requirements:

  • Experience in training and recruitment within the care sector.\
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements.\
  • Relevant qualifications in care and/or training.\\

Salary: £30,000 per year

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday (8:30 AM - 5 PM)
