We are seeking a skilled Elderly Care Practitioner to join our team in Aylesbury. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents and supporting them with personal care needs.

Job Description:
You will work in a modern nursing care home where you will be part of a dedicated team that provides person-centred care.
