Purosearch is working with a reputable elderly care provider to recruit an experienced Nursing Home Manager for their nursing home in Buckinghamshire. £70,000 salary is offered for this challenging role.

The ideal candidate should have previous experience in managing a compliant care home and possess strong knowledge of quality, compliance & regulations within a care nursing home setting. A commercially aware individual with excellent sales & marketing skills and CQC knowledge would be highly regarded.

Key responsibilities will include ensuring high levels of care are delivered at all times, developing the home, and managing a team of professionals.

Requirements for the role include:

  • RGN or RMN Nurse qualification preferred but not essential

  • Excellent understanding of quality, compliance & regulations within a care nursing home setting
  • Commercially aware and possess strong sales & marketing skills
  • Strong CQC knowledge

Care Home Manager requirements also include: RGN, RMN nursing qualification preferred but not essential, candidates must have worked as a manager previously, and hold a management qualification.
