Job Summary

This locum role involves working as an Adults Social Worker, utilizing your expertise to deliver high-quality services to clients in Aylesbury. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing frontline support to vulnerable adults, ensuring their needs are met and promoting independence.

Key Responsibilities

As an Adults Social Worker, your primary duties will include:

  • Conducting assessments and developing care plans to meet the individual needs of service users
  • Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, adhering to statutory requirements
  • Cultivating positive relationships with clients, families, and other stakeholders
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A degree or equivalent in social work
  • Current registration with Social Work England
  • Significant frontline experience in Adults Services within the UK, preferably in a similar setting
