We are seeking an experienced and dedicated social work assistant to join our team at Buckinghamshire Council. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about supporting vulnerable adults and providing high-quality care services.
About the RoleAs a social work assistant, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of up to 25 active cases, working with clients to develop and implement support plans, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
