We are seeking an experienced Assistant Team Manager to join our Children in Care team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about improving the lives of children and young people and want to work for an employer that values their wellbeing and career development.

Our Children in Care Team takes a child-centred approach when working in partnership with children and their families. As an Assistant Team Manager, you will work closely with the Team Manager to ensure overall supervision and support meet statutory requirements.

In addition to your salary, you will receive a market premium of £2,750 per annum.

Job Requirements

  • Social work qualification
  • Active HCPE/SWE registration
  • Completed ASYE
  • Minimum 3 years post-qualifying experience in a statutory environment
  • Demonstrable experience managing staff
  • Willingness to go above and beyond for children and young people

Salary Details

The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately £34,000-£40,000, depending on experience. You will also receive a market premium of £2,750 per annum.
