Job Title: Assistant Team Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Team Manager to join our Children in Care team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the Team Manager to ensure that overall supervision, support, and practice of staff meet statutory requirements and provide a safe and effective service.

About You

We are looking for an Assistant Team Manager who:

  • Has a social work qualification
  • Has an active HCPC/SWE registration
  • Has completed their ASYE
  • Has a minimum of 3 years post-qualifying experience of working within a statutory environment with children
  • Has demonstrable experience managing staff
  • Is passionate about improving the lives of children and young people
