About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Social Worker to join our Specialist Review Team, working with adults and their families to deliver high-quality services and promote independence.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing a professional casework service, managing a diverse caseload and working collaboratively with various departments.
  • Ensuring regular monitoring and review of care and support plans, delivering outstanding support to residents.
  • Complying with legislation, statutory guidance, and local policies and procedures.
  • Being an ambassador and leader across social work, both internally and externally.

As a qualified Social Worker, you will be familiar with working with learning disability and autism client groups. You will work independently and with colleagues to support adults and their families.
