Social Care Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Social Worker to join our Children In Care team. As a Social Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting children and young people to achieve their full potential.
Our team takes a child-centred approach, working in partnership with children, families, and other professionals to provide a supportive and nurturing environment. You will be responsible for assessing the needs of children and young people, developing and implementing care plans, and providing regular support and guidance to families.
As a Social Worker, you will work closely with other professionals, including health services, CAMHS, and carers, to ensure that children and young people receive the best possible support. You will also be required to prepare reports and attend court, as necessary.
