Social Care Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Social Worker to join our First Response MASH team at Buckinghamshire Council.
As a Social Worker in this role, you will be responsible for responding to queries and referrals from various sources, making contact with families and partner agencies, and working closely with the Assessment Teams to ensure children and families are effectively transferred with appropriate risk assessments, priority status, and initial recommendations.
You will also provide day-to-day support and coaching to our Contact and Referral Officers, and work under the guidance of an experienced Head of Service.

About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need to be a Qualified Social Worker with at least two years of post-qualifying experience, and have excellent communication and organisational skills.
Experience of working within a MASH/Referral/Assessment environment is desirable but not essential.
