Social Care Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Social Worker to join our Children In Care team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting children and young people to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities- Support children living with relatives, friends, or foster families, and prospective parents, living in children's homes and semi-independent units.
- Nurture and develop meaningful relationships with children, understanding and interpreting their wishes while supporting and championing them to reach their full potential.
- Prepare reports and attend court as required.
- Work alongside partnership organisations such as Health Services, CAMHS, IRO's, and carers.

Requirements- A social work qualification.
- An active HCPE/SWE registration.
- Completion of the ASYE.
- Recent and at least 2 years post-ASYE experience within a Local Authority.
