We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Social Worker to join our Children In Care team. As a Social Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting children and young people to achieve their full potential.
Our team takes a child-centred approach, working in partnership with children, families, and other professionals to provide high-quality support and services. We are committed to delivering a strengths-based and relationship-focused approach, as outlined in our Strengthening Families Framework.
As a Social Worker, you will be responsible for assessing the needs of children and young people, developing and implementing care plans, and working with families to promote positive outcomes. You will also have the opportunity to work with a range of professionals, including health services, CAMHS, and carers.
We are looking for a Social Worker who is passionate about improving the lives of children and young people. You will have a social work qualification, an active HCPC/SWE registration, and at least 2 years of post-ASYE experience within a Local Authority. You will also have a commitment to delivering high-quality services and a dedication to the well-being of children and young people.
We offer a range of benefits, including a competitive salary, a market premium of £2,750 per annum for Grade 7 positions, and a supportive working environment.
