We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced social worker to join our team at Buckinghamshire Council. As a social worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of service are provided to the residents of Buckinghamshire.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a high-quality and effective professional casework service, taking responsibility for working and managing a caseload within a framework of appropriate supervision.
- Comply with legislation, statutory guidance, and local policies and procedures.
- Deliver outstanding support to our residents and ensure that regular monitoring and review of care and support plans are carried out.
- Be competent in all areas of the Professional Capabilities Framework of Social Work.
About You
We are looking for a motivated and ambitious individual who is passionate about delivering excellent social work services. You will be a qualified social worker, registered with Social Work England, and have a full driving licence with access to a vehicle.
