Support Worker

Enable Residents to Live Independently
We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team at Ambient Support Limited. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enabling residents to live independently and improve their wellbeing.
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily activities and escort them to appointments
- Provide personal care tasks, including simple food preparation and serving meals
- Work flexibly over a 24/7, 365 days a year basis
- Assist with housekeeping tasks to keep communal areas clean and odour free
Requirements:
- Experience of supporting adults in a care setting or in the community
- Good communication skills, patience, and flexibility
- An understanding of safeguarding and person-centred support
- A flexible working pattern and ability to do shift work
