About the Role

We're looking for a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Relief Support Worker in Aylesbury. As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities, assisting with daily activities and providing emotional support.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist individuals with learning disabilities with daily activities and personal care
* Provide emotional support and encouragement to promote independence and confidence
* Work collaboratively with a diverse team to deliver high-quality care and support
* Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues and management
