Job DescriptionThis role involves working with vulnerable adults who require support to live independently. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for assessing individual needs and developing agreed support plans.
You will work as part of a dedicated team, delivering a high-quality service to meet the needs of our service users. This includes supporting them with daily tasks, such as personal care and household management.
We require candidates who are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable adults.
Salary and Benefits- The salary for this role is £25,350 per annum for a 37.5 hour week (£13 per hour).
- We offer a generous annual leave allowance of 33 days per year, rising to 35 days with service.
- Regular support from your line manager and colleagues.
- An annual bonus based on satisfactory performance.
- A monthly attendance bonus on top of your basic salary.
- Your annual salary and cost of living review will be conducted regularly.
