We are looking for a dedicated Adult Social Care team member to work in our modern Nursing Care Home. As an Adult Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, enabling them to live their later life well.

You will support residents with personal care needs and help them participate in activities that promote their health and wellbeing. Our person-centred approach relies on the dedication and passion of our employees, who go the extra mile to improve the home experience.

This is a 39-hour per week permanent position, including alternate weekends. You will be working alongside a fantastic team of professionals who prioritize the needs of our residents and staff.

The salary for this role is £12.31 per hour, with brilliant career paths and a superb manager. We offer excellent public transport links, life assurance, welfare fund, standard pension scheme, discount scheme, EAP, management support, buy and sell holidays, free uniform, and DBS paid for.

To succeed as an Adult Care Worker, you will need one year's minimum experience of working in an elderly social care environment. A caring nature and willingness to develop new skills are essential.
