We are seeking a Female Buddy to provide support and companionship to Aisha, a young adult with Cerebral Palsy. The ideal candidate will be a caring and empathetic individual with excellent communication skills, who can work effectively with Aisha to promote her independence and reduce her anxiety.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Supporting Aisha with her daily activities, including shopping, sewing, and other leisure activities
  • Encouraging Aisha to participate in physical activities, such as yoga or rebound classes
  • Providing companionship and promoting Aisha's self-esteem and confidence

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position is £16.50 per hour (weekdays) and £17.50 per hour (weekends). In addition to a competitive salary, we offer 5.6 weeks annual leave pro rata, pension (subject to qualifying status), and free DBS check.
