Young People Support Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled and empathetic Youth Support Worker to join our team at Completely Care. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing tailored support to young people with special needs and autism in Aylesbury.
The role involves assisting with daily activities, offering companionship, and encouraging independence and choice. You will work closely with the team to ensure the highest standards of care and support are met.
**Key Requirements:**
- Experience working with young people with special needs and autism (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly and provide on-call support when needed
We offer a competitive salary (£12.40 - £13.00 per hour) and a comprehensive benefits package, including refresher training, Enhanced DBS check, and pension scheme.
