Key Responsibilities
  • Daily Care and Support: Assist with personal care, meal preparation, medication management, and other daily tasks to promote independence and well-being.
  • Building Relationships: Develop strong relationships with the people we support, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
  • Empowering Independence: Assist individuals in achieving their personal goals, from daily activities to long-term aspirations.
  • Social Engagement: Support participation in social activities, hobbies, and interests to enhance quality of life.
Requirements
  • A valid full UK manual driving license is desirable.
  • Calm, caring, and resilient nature to thrive in challenging situations.
