Join Our Community Care Team

As a Community Support Specialist at Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust, you will be part of a dedicated team providing exceptional care and support to adults in need. Your role will involve collaborating with the Rapid Response & Intermediate Care Team to deliver comprehensive care services.

This part-time position offers 29.5 hours per week, including varied shift patterns and potential split shifts. You will be required to work 7 days a week, including weekends, with working hours between 8am-9pm. The estimated salary range for this role is £24,071 - £25,674 per annum pro rata.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in healthcare or social care, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A valid driving licence and reliable transportation are also necessary for this position.
