Sanctuary Supported Living is delighted to be recruiting for a Senior Care and Support Assistant at our CQC Registered Physical Disabilities Scheme, Pennefather Court, Aylesbury. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with physical disabilities to live independently and reach their full potential.
As a Senior Care and Support Assistant, you will be responsible for leading a team of care assistants, providing personal care and support to customers, and promoting safe practices within the service. You will also be involved in building and maintaining relationships with internal and external customers, as well as managing and implementing safeguarding principles to ensure the safety of our customers.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and support services. You will work closely with staff to provide person-centred care, encourage independence, and promote personal growth. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £13.30 per hour, plus a range of benefits, including paid holiday, pension scheme, and online discounts.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience of working with vulnerable adults, be enthusiastic and flexible, and possess strong organisational skills. An NVQ3 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards it is essential.
