Adult Mental Health Nurse

Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust is committed to providing high-quality care to our patients. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced nurse to join our team as an Adult Mental Health Nurse on our Sapphire Ward.
The successful candidate will have experience of nursing within an acute setting and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A sound understanding of contemporary mental health care issues is essential, along with the ability to articulate a clear vision for inpatient service development.
Responsibilities- To manage the ward as an integral part of the acute inpatient pathway within Oxford Health
- To support the provision of 24-hour full and accountable managerial responsibility for the ward
- To provide, maintain and develop nursing care to the optimum standard
- Estimated salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum
- 27 days annual leave, plus bank holidays, with an increase to 33 days with continuous service
