Job Title: Senior Mental Health Practitioner
This is a challenging and rewarding role for a qualified Nurse to work as part of a multidisciplinary team within the prison healthcare system. As a Senior Mental Health Practitioner, you will be responsible for assessing patients' mental health needs, developing care plans, and working closely with other departments to ensure effective risk management.
About the Role:- To assess patients' mental health needs and develop individualized care plans.
- To work collaboratively with other departments to ensure effective risk management.
- To participate in the reception/induction process to identify individuals with mental health problems at an early stage.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health nursing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Estimated Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum
