As a Public Health Practitioner with Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board, you will play a vital role in promoting healthy lifestyles and preventing disease within the community. Our Health Visiting service in Flintshire area North Wales is looking for an enthusiastic and innovative practitioner to join our team.

About the Role

You will be responsible for managing a caseload within a defined population, contributing to the public health role in line with government public health initiatives and within the Healthy Child Wales Programme. You will also lead the delivery and organization of the public health program, working closely with other healthcare professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a degree or equivalent in Health Visiting with current NMC registration. Student SCPHN who are due to qualify this year may also apply for this post. A strong understanding of public health agenda and priorities, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills, are essential for success in this role.
