We are seeking an exceptional Family Resilience and Population Health Expert to join our team in Flintshire, North Wales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a caseload within a specified population, driving improvements in family resilience and population health outcomes.
  • Support public health endeavors in accordance with government directives and the Healthy Child Wales Programme.

The successful candidate will have a degree or equivalent in Health Visiting, with active NMC registration, or be close to completing their SCPHN studies.

Annual Salary: $58,000 - $68,000
