About the Role:

As a Healthcare Assistant at Westgate Healthcare, you will provide high-quality care and support to our residents, promoting their dignity and independence.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting residents with daily activities, such as washing and dressing, and developing individual care plans
  • Championing resident dignity and independence
  • Communicating effectively and taking on responsibility
  • Keeping accurate records and prioritizing workload
  • Contributing to a positive team environment and building strong relationships with residents, relatives, and colleagues

About You:

We are looking for individuals who possess a caring nature, positive attitude, and ability to work in a team.

Good communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.

Previous experience working with the elderly is desirable but not essential, as full training is provided.
