Job Description:


We are seeking a Senior Complex Care Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality care to clients with complex needs, including those requiring tracheostomy and ventilation. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Tracheostomy care and be able to work independently.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Delivering specialist care to clients with complex needs
  • Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to develop client-centered care plans
  • Providing training and supervision to junior staff members


Requirements:



  • Relevant qualification and experience in healthcare
  • Previous experience in Tracheostomy care
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
