As an Education HR Advisor at Wade Macdonald, you will play a pivotal part in supporting the management and staff across our client's organisation. This involves providing expert advice on HR policies and managing the employee lifecycle.
- Delivering professional HR guidance on various employment matters
- Managing recruitment, absence, and performance processes with precision
- Conducting thorough Single Central Record audits and maintaining HR data systems
- Collaborating with the Payroll Department to ensure accurate payroll instructions
- Oversight of the Probation Period Process and assistance with employee relations
- Coordination of learning and development events for staff members
About the ideal candidate:
We are seeking a qualified CIPD Level 5 professional with experience in an education HR team. You should be able to offer first-level advice on HR policies, employment law, and employee relations, boasting strong organisational skills and exceptional communication abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and HR databases is essential, as well as being a car driver due to site visits in Hampshire and Wokingham.
